Generate board-ready PDFs for financials, dues, delinquency, violations, maintenance, directories, statements, and board packets.
Overview
The Reports module generates branded PDF reports for board meetings, accountants, mailed statements, and operational review. Reports open in a new browser tab and report generation is logged to the audit trail.
Community logo and branding are included automatically when configured in Settings.
Individual Reports

| Delinquency & Aging | Outstanding dues, aging buckets, contact info, and totals owed |
| Violation Summary | Status/category stats, open/escalated list, resolution averages, and fines |
| Maintenance Activity | Open/resolved counts, priority/category summaries, resolution time, and vendors |
| Homeowner Directory | Current homeowner contact/status/board role snapshot |
| Dues Collection | Period collection rates, payment methods, and outstanding balances |
| Resident Statements | One-page statements for homeowners with outstanding dues |
Board Meeting Packet
The board packet combines selected sections into one PDF with a cover page.
Available sections:
- Financial Summary
- Delinquency Snapshot
- Open Violations
- Urgent Maintenance
- Recent Activity
Packet inputs include fiscal year and meeting date. At least one section must be selected.
Resident Statements
Resident statements are designed for mailing. The statement workflow lets the board select all or specific homeowners with outstanding dues.
The Dues page also has a quick Mail Statements action for offline residents with outstanding balances.

Audit Logging
Report generation is logged so the board can see when records were produced. The dashboard also checks recent report generation to identify whether a board packet has been created before an upcoming meeting.
